Return

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return or exchange:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@threebrothersny.com Email us to request a return authorization number. Indicate in your email the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s) for the merchandise you wish to send back.

Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number. Please be sure to send back the merchandise right away, as each return authorization expires after 7 days and a new one will not be re-issued. If your return accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Every item must have their original tags still attached to qualify. Items whose tags have been removed do not qualify for returns or defect claims, even if the loose tags are included with the returned merchandise.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

S&H fees, including the minimum order surcharge, are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned merchandise back to us, unless it is damaged merchandise.

For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return shipping costs and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
